Allegrini Wines was founded in 2024 following the acquisition by Francesco, Matteo, and Giovanni Allegrini of a majority stake in the family company, a leader in Amarone production in Valpolicella and one of the most famous Italian wineries globally. The three brothers now hold an 86% stake, with the remaining 14% held by their cousin Silvia. The company is a flagship of the Allegrini family’s winemaking activities, focusing on wine and projects to enhance its value.
